b-3 Resource Allocations

In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.
                                        -Benjamin Franklin
Resource allocations are an essential category for every administrator. My experience is extensive in this Leadership and Management category. As both an administrator and sitting elected City Commissioner allocations must be revisited at least weekly to make sure the distribution of funds is being used for ultimate resource allocation. Both school and city finances are a non-profit business. It is essential to know which budget areas roll and which must be encumbered. Monitoring each category is necessary for ultimate use of funds. Attached is an artifact representing  a budget approval from Resolution 2014-23 FY Capital Improvement Plan CIP. A CIP is a city comprehensive plan that helps a city move forward on a 5-year plan for allocating resources toward specific city projects.
